WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES*

If your tracking information states that your Korlormelash package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Kolormelash DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING HAS BEEN ISSUED. FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS OFFICE AND REQUEST A TRACE ON YOUR PACKAGE. IF AN UNCLAIMED PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS TO MAIL THE PACKAGE OUT AGAIN. KOLOR ME LASH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER SUCH AS A NATURAL CATASTROPHIC EVENTS. 

 

KOLORMELASHES REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available for Products unless a Product is damaged during shipping. To request a refund, you must submit photographs of damaged product, product must be unused, and lastly sent back along with tracking number. The refund request must be received within 15 days of receiving the product as determined by the shipping tracking number delivery date. Services, including courses, are not eligible for refunds.
